What I hold, and why

When you book: your name, email, phone number, the date and details of your session, and anything you type into the notes. All of it is needed to photograph you and to reach you about it.

When you upload inspiration images during booking: those images. They exist so I know what you have in mind before the day.

When you get in touch: whatever you put in the form.

Payments are handled entirely by Paystack. Card and mobile-money details are entered on their systems, never on mine — I never see them and never store them.

Paystack, to take payment. Arkesel, to send you an SMS. Resend, to send you email. Each receives only what it needs to do that one job.

Nobody else. I do not sell, rent, share or trade your details, and there is no advertising network on this site.

Proofing and delivery galleries are reached by a private link that is not indexed by search engines and is not listed anywhere on this site. Most are additionally protected by a PIN.

Nobody sees your gallery unless you give them the link — including the PIN, if one is set. That decision is yours, not mine.

I keep working copies for my own backup and portfolio purposes. If you would rather your photographs were never shown publicly, tell me and they will not be.

Booking records are kept for six years, which is what tax records require.

Delivered files stay downloadable for at least 120 days, and usually a good deal longer.

Inspiration uploads that never become a booking are deleted automatically after thirty days.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Two functional cookies exist: one that remembers you have entered a gallery PIN, so you are not asked on every page, and one that keeps me signed in to my own admin desk. Neither tracks you anywhere.

Ask and I will tell you exactly what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No form and no fee — an email is enough.

Deletion has one limit: I have to keep the financial record of a paid booking for tax purposes. Everything else can go.
