Session terms

A date is secured only once your deposit or full payment is received. Until then it remains open to other clients, and a confirmed booking takes priority over a walk-in.

Booking 5 or more days before your shoot: a deposit secures your date, with the balance due on or before the day of the shoot. You can settle it online from your receipt at any time.

Booking less than 5 days before your shoot: full payment is required to confirm.

Payments are accepted by mobile money, bank transfer or card, in Ghana cedis. Any transfer or processing fees are covered by the client.

Prices shown include everything listed under the package. Anything added afterwards, such as extra retouching, prints or additional hours, is quoted before it is charged.

You may reschedule once at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability on your requested new date. Your deposit transfers in full to the new date.

Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice, and any additional reschedules, incur a rebooking fee of ₵200.

Weather affects outdoor shoots. If conditions make the work impossible we reschedule at no charge. That is not a cancellation and no fee applies.

More than 48 hours before your shoot: the deposit is refunded minus a ₵200 admin fee. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full.

Within 48 hours of your shoot, on the day, or a no-show: all payments are non-refundable. The date was held for you and turned others away.

If I have to cancel or reschedule (illness, equipment failure, or severe weather for an outdoor session), you may choose a new date at no cost or take a full refund, with no admin fee.

Refunds are issued to the account the payment came from and usually reach it within a few working days.

Sessions begin at the booked time. If you arrive late, your session runs for the remaining time only, so that the clients who follow are not kept waiting.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting me, the session may be treated as a no-show, and section three applies.

If you know you are running late, message me as early as you can.

Your proofing gallery arrives within five working days of the shoot, and within ten for weddings. You choose the frames you want edited from it.

Your package includes a set number of fully retouched photographs. Beyond that, a full retouch is ₵60 and a basic colour-and-exposure edit is ₵25. The price is always shown before you commit to it.

Once you approve your selection it is locked, and editing begins. Finished photographs are delivered digitally through a private gallery, within the window stated on your package.

Revision rounds included with your package: 1. Further revisions may be charged.

Any outstanding balance is payable before finished files are released.

Gallery links stay active for 30 days. Extended access is available for a fee. Please save your files somewhere of your own. I keep backups, but this is not a permanent archive service.

I retain copyright in every photograph, as is standard.

You receive a licence to use your delivered photographs for personal and professional branding, including social media and your own website. You do not need to ask.

Commercial advertising or resale requires a written agreement. It is included in the event and fashion packages, and quoted separately otherwise.

I may feature photographs from your session in my portfolio and marketing, unless you opt out. See the next section.

I may share anonymised behind-the-scenes images from your session. Faces are not identifiable and no personal details are shown.

Opting out covers the portfolio and marketing use in the previous section as well. It applies from the moment you ask, including to a session already shot.

Gift cards are valid for twelve months from purchase, are not redeemable for cash, and are not refundable once issued. Any unspent balance stays on the card.

The group discount grows as more of the group books. The rate you receive is the rate at the moment you book, and it is not applied retrospectively to people who booked earlier.

Group codes expire 45 days after they are opened.
